Kick off was Tuesday 9th May at a spectacular gala event at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Up for auction were world-class, once in a lifetime items auctioned by Sotheby’s Chairman, Henry Wyndham. If that wasn’t enough the gala evening featured the fabulous soul sensations, Earth Wind and Fire.

That was just the beginning, as at 7pm on 9th May dream auction FULL STOP launched a huge 25 day online auction powered by eBay.co.uk offering up amazing items for everyone – from celebrity cars and SKYPE conversations to luxurious dream bags and signed memorabilia.

dream auction FULL STOP has proved a massively successful campaign and it has broken so many records. In total, the combined figures for the dream auction gala and the online auction stand to date at an amazing £5.6million. In terms of the dream auction gala at the Royal Albert Hall, the £5.1 million raised was the most money ever made in one evening at that venue. In terms of the online auction, eBay have confirmed that it was the largest scale and most profitable online auction ever mounted worldwide.
